The guy couldn't stop talking about how great he is with customers in front of the customers , the coffee was very average, the milk far too hot from reheating old milk and no sugar when i asked for it... I guess he was too busy talking about himself to remember the sugar.

The lovely woman who made my americano was so friendly and inviting and NAILED my americano. I get the same thing everywhere I go and it's really easy to tell when the espresso shot in an americano is subpar. I'm not exaggerating when I say this one was the best one I've had in NZ!
