I have been having cosmetic procedures from the very experienced Dr Mahony for 10 years. His gentle, effective approach is what keeps me returning, he listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. If he feels I don't 'need' something even though I have my heart set on it, he will advise against it, which cosmetic doctor would ever do that?! An honest one. And this is what I really love and appreciate. I have no hesitation in recommending his services and the services of the practice.

I've been going to Dr Mahony at Peach for about 15 years. I feel comfortable (safe) knowing that he's a GP as well as a dermatologist. It also means he can provide happy gas ;) The office staff are always lovely and Dr Mahony always has time to answer any burning questions as well as keeping me occupied with good conversation while I'm getting procedures. I'd highly recommend Peach to anyone.

After doing research and visiting several cosmetic surgeons in Sydney, I decided on going with Dr Mahoney. Not only is he very knowledgeable and talented in his field but also a down to earth guy and his results are incredible! I am very happy I chose him and would suggest if you are thinking of getting anti-wrinkle or filler injections to definitely go and see him! I have recommended some of my friends to him and are all very impressed by the service and results at Peach. For example, on my recent visit I explained to him I was tired of people thinking I looked exhausted or upset. After listening to my situation and what I wanted he explained all the options available with the various injectable fillers, their strengths, weaknesses, uses and misuses. We went with an Agent R being the most appropriate. It made a huge difference. I had minimal bruising and swelling, went back to work the next day and it was not painful. It really smoothed out my face and taken a few years off without being too obvious. I highly recommend seeing the Dr for that personal touch and best professional results.

I had the worst unpleasant experience that a person could have in relation to cosmetic procedure. First of all, doctor's costumer service is very poor. Secondly, he made 2 mistakes on me. First one: I had the filler Per lane in my nose to fill the bump I have. He then put the filler but reached the vessel of my nose causing a lot of swollen and bruising it for MORE than 6 months. I am still struggling to get rid of the stain on my nose and to make it worst the filler has already been absorbed and my nose now is the same as before the filler but with a big stain on it!! He offered to treat it but made worst for me because he also offered to treat my upper lip stain (melamine) with IPL. As far as I heard from other doctors I have seen and read about it, you DO NOT treat melamine with IPL. It make it worse, mailing on people with OLIVE skin like mine. The doctor gave me my money back for the filler but to be honest, it did not make any better because when I went there to have the filler I wanted to feel good and look good and was not thinking of getting my money back. He then said to me that I am unlucky and that it was not his fault. He made 2 huge mistakes and he even apologised. His arrogant and does not let you talk. Its all about him. His main propose is to sell the products and services from his clinic and make as much money as he can. His services are overrated. I found much cheaper doctors far way more competent than him. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I still looking for a solution for both of my problems. I have been using a bleaching cream for over 6 months to get it faded. Lets hope for the best. Please think twice. My review in only to share my bad experience. Its entirely up to you if you wish to see this doctor.
