I took my elderly father to see Dr Mark Irwin. Dad really appreciated the excellent care he received, and how well his needs were attended to. Dr Irwin is very aware of the needs of the elderly and planned his treatment so that it was physically manageable for Dad.
Very poor service, had an appointment and dr ashvindet kaur did nott explain properly and willing to take my tooth out while I explained her before i wanna save my tooth. Thank god i asked her again before proceeding and stopped her.
What an amazing experience! I underwent a simple procedure at Payneham Road Dental as my usual dentist was fully booked, and I am so glad I did. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Debbie who treated me with lots of care, friendliness, and professionalism - thank you so much for such a welcoming experience! I’m sure I’ll return to this practice again.
I had a dental hygiene appointment with Terry and he was awesome! I strongly refer him. It was my first painless experience and I am super happy! Further, I would strongly recommend Dr.Andrew Chen. He is my dentist and the best. He and his team is understanding, calm, and have a lot of patience. I have a dental anxiety but I am always relaxed with my dental appointment since I came across him. He takes care of each and every minute thing and is super caring. I am forever grateful to him.
Amazing service all round! I have previously been very scared to go to the dentist. Dr Andrew Chan and all the staff there were so understanding and made me feel relaxed. And Dr Andrew Chan was amazing, he was thorough, so gentle and explained everything. I had a checkup and a filling and hardly felt a thing. The best dental experience I've had. And it's a beautiful modern practice. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Payneham Road dental and was very happy with my experience! I saw Dr Andrew Chan, and from the moment I walked into the practice all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Andrew and his dental assistant Warda. The dental treatment Andrew set out was practical, ensuring all of my concerns were looked at and a solution provided. I’m super happy with the results and would encourage anyone with dental anxiety to visit him. I can’t recommend him enough, I am now grins galore with a wonderful smile thanks to Andrew!

He explained the procedure and the risks, very clearly. He’s very professional and yet down to earth and most importantly, Andrew has empathy and puts himself in others shoes. This dental surgery is located in a beautiful centre, not far out of the city, with very welcoming and friendly staff. The waiting area and treatment areas provide a relaxed feel and are very clean. Dr Andrew Chan is an exceptional dentist with a personable and professional manner. He is highly skilled and ensures all elements of the treatment are clearly explained before proceeding. I would highly recommend Dr Chan and the Payneham Road Dental and Specialist Centre.
Have visited this clinic numerous times and for many years and the experience has always been pleasant. Andrew Chan is using latest technology which is very impressive. The procedure crown and fillingwas quick and painless. Suspect Andrew has done it before as he puts one quite at ease. Excellent work. Going back next week for another crown.
