National Dental Care - North Adelaide

WARNING WARNING WARNING! I cannot find the review I submitted in Nov 22. Avoid this Dental Clinic. My daughter had a toothache and attended this clinic on 12 Nov 22 with a toothache. She left in more pain than when she attended, a very swollen lip, a split lip, given a prescription for antibiotics & pain killers and told to present to Emergency at a hospital should the swelling & pain get worse. Why would a dentist give a patient five anesthetics? If a patient is in pain after the first few, you’d think there’d recommend a general & refer her for one or at least try gas. She was charged $500 for added injury to her. She rang me in tears. She suffers from PTSD & anxiety and I can tell you, if I was there, she would not have paid a cent. She went to another dentist on the Monday & he was disgusted in what he saw. I have noticed that the bad reviews I’ve seen n this site have been replied to with “we can not find you as a patient at this clinic”. Wow! I would like a response from the clinic on here for all to see. Her name is Chloe - doubt you would have more than one Chloe come in on that day. I did post photos with my initial review. I can’t seem to do that now.

Went here after my long-time dentist retired. Very pleased not to have to search further for someone I'm happy with. One star removed because not accessible if you have a disability - can't remember what the entry was like re steps but some treatment rooms downstairs and others up a steep, narrow flight of stairs. Would call first to see if they can accommodate any access needs.

All staff I have seen at this dental practice have been stellar. I have always felt respected and well cared for and I love that they are aware that everyone has different lifestyles and limitations and they try to adapt their advice according to your own circumstances. They truly are patient centred dental care.

My dentist Lima Eghlima is just plain great. She's thorough, a light touch, and I've always been very pleased with my dental work from her. I've had compliments from people too. When she joined this clinic I followed. I've been going to this clinic for years now. Everyone in this place is lovely, not just my dentist. The lady at the desk, the hygienists and assistants not only do their jobs very well, but all have this great attitude that it's a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend my dentist and this clinic.

Visited 6 months ago and was told I needed adhesive restorations on 12 teeth, totalling $1693. I have healthy teeth and have required very minimal dental work in my life. Decided to get a second opinion today at another clinic, and was told my teeth are very healthy and I don't require any further treatments! I understand each dentist can have different opinions. However, being quoted $1693 from 1 dentist and $0 from another is such a huge discrepancy that would really put some people out of pocket if they didn't have the due diligence to look elsewhere.

Dr Lima was very kind and generous. She was very professional and explain treatment plan very well to us. She has also good hand skills. She is our family dentist since she started her practice in Australia. The treatment was affordable and she helped us to spend our insurance coverage thoughtfully so we can get best treatment with minimal cost.. Highly recommended...

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Lima’s been my dentist for last 6 years and I’m quite happy with her work. I moved to NSW 2 years ago and I had to change my dentist. I had 2 different experience with 2 different dentists in my new places but non of them did a good job. Finally I decided to spend more money flight and accommodation and travel to Adelaide for my dental work. Lima is the only person that I can fully trust for dental treatment. I highly recommend her.

I'm so much pain because the dentist did very poor job. I did temporal feeling elsewhere many times. They did properly I never felt this pain after temporal feeling. When she did initially she left big gap and food got stuck. I'm talking about dentist Lisa. So I went there again she filled the gap. But She didn't fill all. There is still gap but the gap is too small for me to take the stuck food out now. Now the food is rotten inside though the small gap she didn't fill. When she did the treatment she didn't even do the x ray. I don't know what's wrong with her. I feel so much agony now. I can not breathe. Please don't go to her

After avoiding the dentist for 10+years from fear I am incredibly thankful to have found Dr Lima. Her care & support with my restarting to care for my teeth has made the experience a positive one. My anxiety is so much less. The entire team are exceptional & very adaptive/patient to my needs. Highly recommended.

Dr Lima is a highly professional dentist with a lovely personality. She did all needed to reduce my costs and went up and beyond on the service provided. Absolutely recommended. Thank you, Lima.
