The Pawssum Vets team responded so quickly and professionally when i was in need to put my 18-year-old puppy down. It was an extremely hard moment for me but they provided the best service in a quick manner of time. The team even checked up on me after the process which made me feel very valued. It did not feel like i was a customer to them but rather a friend that was there for me when I needed them. Thanks to them and Dr Beshoy my best friend, Poppy, is able to rest in peace.

What a incredible quick response from Pawssum. Our seal point siamese had a cough. We tried several vets in our area, including our regular to get him in, to be told there was a one week wait. I don’t know where to begin. I’m extremely grateful for the respect and care that was shown to my beautiful girl of 15 years. I was overseas when my beautiful girl had to be put to sleep. My mum had no idea where to even start and when she rang pawssum mobile vets, they were extremely compassionate. Their response was very quick. Last week our little kitten was in need of a vet. I called Pawssum vets mobile and was able to have a vet come to the home the same day and treat our little kitten in his own environment. The vet was lovely and friendly. The pricing was very comparative to regular vets. I would thoroughly recommend Pawssum Vet to anyone needing urgent attention for their pets.

Pawssum staff were very caring and respectful when it came time to give my Shady her wings. A home visit was quickly arranged so Shady was less stressed and comfortable in her own bed. It was a very quiet and peaceful slipping away. With no more pain or stress for her. The next day I took her to Pets in Peace for cremation. Thank you Julia for helping me send Shady quietly on her way.

On Tuesday we had to say goodbye to our Beautiful Ozzy. He had been with us for nearly 16 years and will be missed eveyday.
