I tried to come here for a few weeks, finally today we got there, you have to book because on the weekend it is always full. The place has a lovely internal atmosphere, nice and relaxing. I was served by a young lady of the name Tora, impeccable friendly service. I will go back. There is a week end surcharge of 10%, but the food prices are good, so I felt price value was in a way balanced. The food was very good I had strawberry pancakes, my husband had the waffle, great coffee too!
Everything about Paw Paw was exquisite. From the extremely excellent service to the homely chatter of the customers, there was barely anything negative about Paw Paw. The service was amazing with waiters constantly walking around with a smile on their face, doing everything at an instant. The food was served extraordinarily quick. The dining was superb with the low light and constant chatter added to the ambience.nThe fish is absolutely amazing - fresh and crispy. Massaman and fish cakes were great too.nHighly recommended, I will definitely come again.
Saturday 1:30pm, no booking.nBusy place but less than 10min wait to get seated.nBrunch with my hubby to celebrate my birthday.nFood was delicious, service spectacular and the place is beautiful, and they even gave me a yummy donut for my birthday nThank you to Freya, Maddie and Zazu for the welcoming service.
We went on a Saturday morning to have breakfast. At first, the waiter didn’t make us feel welcome at all. The table and the menu were dirty. We thought about leaving but the site had really good reviews and maybe we just needed to give them another chance. Food was really good even though the Waffle Benedict was extremely spicy. I asked if it was meant to be like that and they said yes but they never specify that in the menu. I’m not sure if it’s worthy to come back.
Lovely brunch. Massaman, beef burger, and waffles were definitely a standout. Fish tacos also slay. A wonderful, chill oasis of AC on a hot Brisbane day.
