Pony Dining Group's Pavel & Co is a casual dining restaurant that offers the finest slow roasted meats on a spit fired rotisserie, served on fresh in-house baked rolls, produce driven seasonal salads, and an all-day rustic menu. Quality restaurant food in a fast casual dining experience.

Housing their own bakery, Pavel & Co is produce driven, only using the best of what is available at any one time. Head chef, Neil Nolan, from Pony Dining crafts the menu. Neil’s food is textural and fun with flavours of east “meats” west. The Spit Rotisserie is the star appearing across the breakfast, lunch and all day menu. Pavel & Co is here to satisfy.

Pavel prides on serving an exceptional cup of coffee, and thus has the partnered up with Di Gabriel – the world’s finest coffee sourced, roasted and blended by a true perfectionist. Excellence in every sip.

Drawing inspiration from Pony Dining, Pavel & Co features 50 seats, copper cladding, iron bark slatted seating and tables, bricked floor with an Eastern European feel to the fit out. It is simply amazing. Wander into a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a modern rustic twist.
