Story

Combining exceptional ingredients and award winning coffee with highly-trained and experienced staff to deliver a unique and class leading edge to the cafe culture in this part of the CBD.

Owner/Barista Marius Beullens has a coffee skills background second to none - with 15 years experience that spans high volume lobby espresso bars to reaching the finals of a well respected national barista competition. Marius recently worked for a national coffee company and was in charge of barista training across NSW, Victoria and Queensland.

John "Bobby" Beullens is the other half of this formidable "Beullens Brother" team who has recently returned from a 15 year stint in Japan that included the start up of two highly successful small bars, consulting for several major international firms entering the Japanese marketplace, and being instrumental in the building of a cross cultural, international brand.

In the engine room "out back" we welcome Catalina "Cat" de la Fuente. Cat brings a wealth of gastronomy knowledge that includes banquet preparation, catering and event management in Chile.
