Not fresh and ridiculously overpriced. Even the ice cream is terrible - all icy which shows it was melted and then refrozen. Better off walking further to the Coles
Poor service. I ordered yesterday for delivery at 6-7 pm but nothing arrived. I called the contact center and they said will be delivered today. At around 3pm today ,still nothing came but received an email at 10:43 am that order was picked for delivery. I called the contact center again and turned out still it was on the queue for delivery. The ending was we cancelled the order as there is no one to receive it at home. What is the purpose of delivery time reservation? This happened to me twice now.

A tidy place to be in, in terms of products and rates. Also the store is quite clean. However in the early days of the store had an encounter with an employee named Swarup, who was super rude and just spoiled the entire experience... He had zero knowledge of customer service. The management have to really focus on such employees in terms of teaching them proper customer service.
Did not honour their promotion on Uber eats and overcharged me by $65!!! they stated that they would get back to me and did not. I have tried to seek resolution both through them and Uber eats. Please be very careful when ordering with them as they may overcharge you considerably. I have lodged a complaint with Paypal.
Well stocked for the average office worker. Big selection of almost any food one would want packed densely into a homely store.
Impressed with the delivery service! Everything I needed was available, including fresh fruit and vegetables. Great delivery communication also. Very happy, will shop here again.
The Asian guy who works there has a real attitude problem. Approached him at the counter to ask a question and his response was "What you want ". Simple answer was to leave and I won't be back which is a shame considering I live just around the corner. I would rather walk down the hill to Woollies.
Not the worst place but far from station. Friendly employees apart from a few trying to be smart. One of them Sworup I believe his name was arguing with me because I did not had change. Overall not the best experience.
