It’s always a pleasure shopping at Partridge Jewellers Christchurch. I have found the experience to be at the top of the of expectations each and every time. Thanks to Nicole for always providing the absolute best in customer service, watch knowledge and going above and beyond exceed all expectations. She has always been able to find new watches to add to my collection. I’m very impressed as to how she knows the style I’m after and what watches I’ll enjoy next. We had the most amazing afternoon at Partridge Jewellers last week. Both Vivian and Nicole were delightful. As were the other staff who were on hand …..Not to mention fabulous bubbles served in gorgeous flutes. They made us so comfortable. I recently bought a luxury watch overseas and wanted to change the strap. Vivian was extremely helpful, ordered my preferred strap and was happy to replace accordingly. With this level of service in mind, when I needed to buy another watch I had no hesitation in contacting Partridge Jewellers directly, and in particular Vivian who was extremely prompt and knowledgeable in her replies. As I am not based in Christchurch, this provided me with a high level of confidence and I would have no hesitation in recommending Partridge Jewellers Christchurch for any similar purchases. Thanks.

We recently shopped here for a ring and can highly recommend. The service was brilliant. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. We were served by Suzanne who was just amazing. She made the whole experience incredibly special. We will definitely shop with her again. Thank you.

Buying your first luxury watch can be quite intimidating, from the he store experience to the handling of watches that you want to look. I recently purchased a Longines Zulu Time GMT there as my first luxury watch purchase, and I must say I have been extremely impressed with the service there. Sarthak and the team has been more than helpful in helping me acquiring this piece, he has made it a welcoming, fun and pleasant experience where I felt comfortable and valued as a customer. I look forward to purchase more watches from the team.
