In A Nutshell:

-Parnell Village is a small neighborhood just outside of the city centre.
-It's mainly Parnell Road, which has many small boutique shops, cafe's & restaurants.
-Finding parking isn't too bad, just use one of the side streets.
-This a cool area to take your time in, while absorbing the local culture & paying attention to all the small details (i.e. tiny alleyways) that make Parnell Village a cool place to visit.

Overall, don't be surprised when crossing the road that all traffic from both sides usually are proactive and allow you to cross in a very friendly manner.

Alot of shop closed when I visited here. Like watching movies in the 60's or 70's

Always busy in this village. Has character blended with new retail shops. Mix of cafes retail and business e.g real estate. Seat benches dotted everywhere to rest and   'people watch'!! Great coffee
