Both the service and the food are amazing. Jazz and his team looked after us like we were royalty. The food was well presented and really tasty. We sat outside and the eb & flow of Parnell washed by as we enjoyed our meal. The wines we excellent. Recommended.
The foods are delicious! The oyster are so refreshing. I love the seafood chowder. The manager is very knowledgeable and attentive to us. We enjoy eating at their place and will definitely go back here when we come to Auckland again.

We had our dinner with 3 courses set menu. The manager is friendly. The waitress should be more careful when serving drinks. He spilled drinks a few times. The food is really nice especially their entrée! However they served the dishes too slowly. Better sit inside because there are so many fruit flies outside.Food: 3/5
Owner is extremely unprofessional. A large booking was made for a Christmas function months earlier with an agreed menu and price. 3 weeks before the booking the owner calls up demand we pay more than 50% more per head and thay does have capacity to serve drinks to us? Then informed us he had over booked and we would only have two hours in the venue. When the time came we didn't even have our mains by the end of this time frame and despite making claims of financial hardship has no issue flaunting designer clothing. The service was attentive and considerate. The sirloin steak portion was meager with a teaspoon of mashed potato, however the baked kingfish was balanced nicely with an herbaceous potato salad.
Unfortunately it was an off night for the team there. We were told there would be a wait for the food as that had problems in the kitchen but decided to go with it. We waited for 40 minutes for the entree and another hour for the mains, but thought the wait would be worth it, we were wrong. Out of the 3 entrees, 2 were below average, seafood chowder had dry fish in it with no taste, the scallops were over cooked but they did get the Oysters right. For the mains, again 2 out of 3 were below average. The Risotto had no seasoning and again no taste, appeared to be under cooked as well. The steak was not medium rare, it was well done. The Pork Belly was excellent. They did not charge us for the Risotto as we didn't eat most of it, but the experience wasn't good, perhaps just a bad day for them, better luck next time.
Good foods quality and nice service. Cozy environment but can be a bit noisy on the weekends.
Very nice dinner, food was lovely and everything was nicely presented and fresh. Portion sizes were correct for a fine dining restaurant; quaint. Each course took a fair time to come out despite there only being three tables seated at the time. Overall an enjoyable experience.
Beautiful food cooked to perfection. Service was excellent, very polite and attentive. Only 4 stars because they were just a tad bit pricey! Would definitely come back tho
Went for the set dinner with my partner. Great food and incredible wait staff, but the setting leaves a lot to be desired. Whenever the bartender shakes a drink it's so loud that it shuts down all table conversation. Furthermore, we were sat next to a crying baby that was only attended to two hours into service. Not exactly the kind of experience you'd expect when your meal costs over a hundred dollars.
