This is where you should go when you’re craving for a big bowl of good pasta. We ordered 4 different type of pasta and they were all very delicious. Portion size was huge. Service was friendly and attentive. Wine was good. Had a lot of good laugh. Happy days.
First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional every time. They were friendly and always attentive to the needs of their customers. They gave personal recommendations and were overall a joy to be around. The drink selection was extensive and the presentation of the Cirpriani Bellini was of standard. As for the food, the garlic bread was delicious. I was, however, disappointed by the steak quality that I received on the night as it was not cooked to my liking medium rare and the overall quality of the meat was not something I would expect at a restaurant of this type and price range. I will give the benefit of the doubt and say this was just a bad day. 4/10. As for the pasta, I really enjoyed the 'Pappardelle Bolognese' and the way it blended classical flavours in a rich meaty sauce. The pappardelle itself was of high quality and really sealed the deal of this dish. 9/10. As for desserts, my personal favourite was the panna cotta. 9/10. The semifreddo was okay but was personally overshadowed by the panna cotta - 7.5/10. I would definitely recommend the pasta at this venue but my experience with the steak was not as pleasant as I had hoped. 8/10
Staff were very attentive and food arrived at our table quickly which was great. Complimentary bread and cheese served by our server was a lovely touch. I had gluten free penne and it was your standard GF pasta, I really enjoyed my dish. Pannacotta with poached pear and almond praline was incredible and my favourite dish of the night. My dinner guests had the risotto and commented that more blue cheese would have been great and it was only subtle. The space is quite tight so if you have mobility difficulties or are a wheelchair user access may be difficult and you might like to call ahead for a table. The biggest downsides for me were the menu not outlining meals that can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegan & other dietary requirements. It was also super difficult to work out what to eat before I visited as there were so many different menus online that I was unsure which one was current.
Good food and good service. May be my new go to in Adelaide. Had my general fav the marinara and contrary to most, there was more seafood than pasta. The dish may be a bit spicy for some, however perfect for me : . Watching the other dishes go past, they all looked good! Will be back and recommend. Btw l: the guy in the pic is Danny who looked after my table and tells me he has been there for 30 years! Say hi to him if you visit.
Service was amazing. So attentive and friendly. The marinara didn't quite live up to the menu picture but was delicious just the same. The ragu was also delicious and very generous serving sizes. Definitely recommend
Fantastic food and service. Fresh, authentic and great portion sizes. Strongly recommend booking to ensure no disappointment at the door occurs.

What a Gem. My wife and I stumbled on this place while in the city, service is the best you will get anywhere while the food was exceptional. It is a pleasant experience to dine somewhere you haven't been recommended or read reviews prior to dining , coming with no expectations to be absolutely blown away. Great job guys keep up the good service and food you are a credit to your industry.
