Highly recommend this restaurant. Amazing food and friendly staff and an elevated view of the Coral Sea.

It's ok if you have a family or group poolside. Twice in two weeks as a single woman while staying at Riley with my son and friends I've been ignored. They lost my order etc. The spa and every other service was amazing. Rocco was the best.

Stayed at Riley for 7 nights, service at Paper Crane and Riley is extremely poor.  The accommodation is good, dine and drink elsewhere.  Anyone who gives this place 4 or 5 star is a dreamer and hasn't experienced good service. I've been to Cairns twice in the past three months and my experience at Riley tells me I'm never coming back

The wife and I had Tuesday breakfast. Chef cooked my poached eggs gr8!.. I asked for soft. All food was hot, best hot breakfast I have had in Cairns.

Visited PaperCrane with my parents while they were visiting Cairns, food was fantastic, Michaela took care of us all night and Vaclav was very friendly and welcoming. couldn't recommend higher, we will definitely be dining here again. I highly recommended this restaurant.
