Excellent medical practice with superior management and IT systems, not to mention they have a wonderful team who genuinely cares about you and helps you improve your health. Dr Diane is amazing! I am so thankful to have found them after doing my own research - it's the best move I've ever made!

The doctors are the best and so professional. The staff are great, they make you feel so warm and welcome. I referred a friend and she’s so grateful to receive the care she is getting now than her old doctors. she said it was the best decision for her and he family to transferred to Papatoetoe Family Doctors.

Dr Cole has been my doctor for a long time now, he is very experienced and helpful. Had a severe medical incident a year ago but his knowledge of medicines etc was very good and has gone out of his way to help with with all of my issues.

I enrolled to this medical centre since i moved to Auckland from Christchurch. The medical team is very professional and dedicated to their work. I really like how the doctors really listen and provide thorough medical treatment to their clients, and also give health tips and education. Im really looked after to this medical centre, special mention to my doctors, Dr. Karl and Dr. Tej, and also to the practice nurse irene.

Been with this practice for nearly a year and I must say I love the service here! Also staff and doctors are so helpful! Thank you Pap Family Doctors for your service. Highly Recommend.

Very good and helpful medical team. The best if i say.

I live far away and after years of not receiving proper care with my previous healthcare provider, I am so glad to be registered with Papatoetoe Family Dr. Pros: very reasonable pricing, clean clinic, plenty of parking space, all Drs and Nurses are genuinely care about your health, even the Receptionist is very polite and helpful, online booking system which is super handy if you are rather online/high-tech like me than making phone calls. Cons: Even though appointment is booked, sometimes there would be a bit of wait - could be frustrated sometimes range from 15 mins- 45 mins. Part of the reasons is because they do take on emergencies/urgent care and thoroughly check throughout the appointment/never rush you out of the door. I was once needed urgent care and they just fit me in immediately. Highly recommended to everyone.

Fast and efficient service, very good communication and feedback on any reviews or inquiry. One of the best GPs I had so far since i migrated to NZ. Would highly recoment to everyone.

Hi, i have attended this practice for too many years. The whole team care and take such good care of the whole family. I have 43 yrs nursing experience and have demanding health issues. All the Drs, nurses, reception and management ensure that I keep in the best health . Thank u so much team. Had a such a blissful time contacting and visiting this clinic. I always felt they generally were there for me as I was new to Auckland and honestly loved the service I received! Definitely would go back if I moved back no doubt! Thank use so much for making my visits comfortable and welcoming! Wish use were based on Wellington!
