Came here today to return two SHEIN tops. The man in the NZ Post was lovely. Very helpful and very patient. Really good customer service. Really appreciate that they’re open on Sundays too. Way too difficult to get everything done during the weekdays when you have work. I’ll be coming here whenever I have something to post. Thank you!
The gujarati guy is quite rude. As others mentioned they need to work on their behaviour as all they can do is assist people with basic retail purchases and charge customers. It’s not rocket science to do that and have respectful behaviour. Could’ve sorted him out if I wasn’t in rush.
Today I literally felt & saw a change in their customer service.nThe service was OK before but not the best. As I walked in this morning, I was greeted by the staff at the Lotto counter & the staff at the Postal area were also very friendly and happy.nWas definitely a breath of fresh air.nAnd yes, probably because there's been a change of hands but it's always great to be on the receiving end of fantastic service.nThank you.
I’ve used this post shop a lot within the last 3 months because I used to collect and sell trading cards.nI usually deal with the same Indian man who is always polite, and because of the number of bags I am purchasing he was comfortable with me taking them to a seat to fill out my addresses before having to pay for everything at the end.nCan’t fault them for anything.
Very humid and stuffy air as you enter. Post office counter not enough staffs. Very long que. After 10 min queing got told the other counter also does post office jobs. Very poorly organised shop.
