Love the work they do here. It's good to support local businesses and I always either find what I'm looking for or the staff do one better and make something truly spectacular. Price wise it's the same as any other florist I've been too, so I'm always happy to go back.
Highly recommend Anne and her team at Papakura Windsor Florist. I had a last minute request to send a fruit box and Teddy to my Mum in her rest home and when all others said no, Anne said yes and delivered on Mother's Day a beautifully gift wrapped fruit box. I couldn't have asked for more. Such awesome service going above and beyond to help their community and customers. They will be my go to florist from now on. I always use Windsor Florist to order flowers for family in South Auckland while I'm living in London. They're super reliable to order online through and family always say they're beautiful when they're delivered. I like getting a personal email from the team rather than a generic one to say the flowers are being sent too.
Came here to buy 4 Lily's to wrap in a bouquet. In the end it equalled $42, I don't usually buy flowers but it seems a bit pricey for me? The lady is very nice though, had a lot of small talk but didn't reveal the price of everything added up until the end. Being the "nice guy" I am trying to impress my lady I had to go through with it, plus I'd feel bad for making the lady do all that hard work just to say no in the end.
Really disappointed with the flowers I ordered today. I rang from Australia. The bunch has 6 flowers in it & you charged me $3 to walk them down two shops to my Aunty's business! I'm unimpressed!
Very efficient service. I especially like the customer favourites as it gives you a visual to see what the bouquet will look like. Great job.
First time customer, prompt friendly communication, went the extra distance and sent lovely flowers. Recommend this florist.
