It's my mother's birthday and I found Matan Florist online as I'm living abroad. Site was easy to use and quick to make the purchase. I made a  mistake at the time of the order, however, the team at Matan Florist made it easy and ensure this delivery got there on time. I'm very grateful and thoroughly impressed with both the service and their positive customer-centric attitude.

I always get my flowers from Matan florist. I was very disappointed this time when I went in store to have a bouquet made for $50. It was smaller than usual n didn't seem worth the price.

I live in the UK and ordered a bouquet online with the Manukau store for a friend that lives in Papatoetoe.  It was her birthday and I was a bit anxious what the flowers would look like.  They arrived on the day and she was surprised and delighted!  Thank you so much.  They really were wonderful.

I would 100% recommend, the website is very easy to navigate around, some really beautiful arrangements I managed to select my flowers, and opted for same day delivery please note that it was a last minute and I had placed my order at lunch-time.  Matan Florist made the whole experience hassle-free, stress-free especially when placing the order from Wellington. I really appreciate the quickness in having the flowers to my family on the same day.  Thank you again.

I went to purchase a floral arrangement for a friend yesterday, walked into the Manukau shop noted there were about 3 ladies in the shop that worked there not one of them said hello or offered to help. They did look busy which was fine but at least they could have looked up and shown some interest in their customers. Disappointing customer service but the roses I purchased were beautiful.

Called into this florist on Wednesday hoping to get a very simple dried arrangement freshened up, I had it done here a couple of years back by a lovely florist, I definately can’t say the same now. The woman behind the counter was really rude, she kept pulling some roses to bits, possibly saving the not so good, to onsell, they’re like that there, she wasn’t in the least bit interested in what I wanted, I told her to forget it and walked away, this used to be a lovely florist run by lovely ladies, it certainly isn’t anymore. No wonder our country is going to the pack. And it was only small, so I wasn’t asking her to do anything lavish, but really I ask myself was she a florist, I doubt it very much.

Absolutely disgusted with their delivery service.  I have paid $15 for the delivery and the delivery person had thrown $110 flower bouquet over the gate, ended up on the ground.  Please have some responsibly and respect when you do your job.

Had a lovely experience today.. Wanted to get a bouquet for a friend, with the current alert level, the staff made it so easy and smooth to get it on my hands with ease. Highly recommended

Flower arrangment looked pretty but started smelling rotten within a few days. Too stingy to use flower preserver like Crysal in the piece I suspect and/or also poor stock/ bucket management/refreshing water regularly?  Don't last as long as pieces from other places. Disappointing.
