Great service, friendly staff took my mower in to see if it could be fixed, two working days later get a text that its done, serviced and repaired! top notch service! Well recommended
Updated as requested, service was average to say the least. Is this under new management? We have for the past 5 years had great service, so disppointing the gentlemen did not seem interested in his job. A shame really. As for mask wearing, you say an oversight, but your entire staff were not wearing them. As your staff member was not overly friendly, I did not feel comfortable to ask him, as was unsure of what his response would be like.

I have received excellent service from Ross and Mat. It's not how a company deals with you when things are easy that counts, it's when things go wrong and how they respond to that which matters. The after sales back up and customers service has been excellent, fast and responsive when I have had warranty issues. These guys always look after me immediately and get my issues sorted. I would highly recommend dealing with Papakura Mowers.
