I’ve been enrolled with them for almost two years and today I needed to see my GP for the first time. I got given an appointment for 11:45, arrived 5 min early and had to wait for 50 minutes in total until 12:30. For $57, you'd expect them to at least respect your time and let you know your doctor is running late so you don't have to waste 45 minutes as if you have nothing else to do but put up with poor service. Other practices in the area charge half or a third of that price and their service can't be worse than a 45-minute delay.
Dr. Grant Robertson is one of the best if not the best GP I have consulted with in Auckland. Whenever he’s available I book with him as he is a great doctor who listens attentively and is intentional with his approach to rule out symptoms and help me heal from my condition. Just minus 1 star as the practice is one of the most expensive ones in Auckland, I hope they can lower it down a bit to enable those who struggle accessing healthcare financially.
Honestly the best team of nurses and doctors. I feel so at ease knowing my family and I have such an incredible group of health professionals to call on if we ever need anything. They work so hard, and show us time and time again that their patients come first and they will go above and beyond for them. Thank you Panmure Medical. Our family thinks you are wonderful!

Called up to make an appointment for my 2 year old daughter who urgently needs to see a GP. I was advised by a lady on the phone that even though there were available slots for the day, they will not be taking any causal patients. When asked about enrolment, she was extremely unhelpful and sounded like her job was a chore- actually can’t believe such practice would refuse care and provide such poor service.
