Went to North Lakes shopping centre was looking for some birthday and Christmas gifts for my mum went to Pandora and found so many lovely gifts everything I was looking for I could get the Charms were in stock the staff were very helpful I would recommend going to Pandora at North Lakes they always have something nice in store and the staff are always happy to help.
Wonderful service ! The staff member who helped us was very friendly and professional. I would recommend shopping at this store. I will return time and time again.
I was just trying to collect my order that has been placed online. It took ages just to collect it. The staff serving me wasn’t the nicest to start with and talked to us in a demeaning tone. Wasn’t sure whether she’s a trainee but obviously she is not suitable for retail
Great selection of charms. Was just what I was looking for for my Wife's Birthday. Also had a charm replaced with no questions asked for my daughter. Crisis averted.
Interesting how a middle aged staff member can sell jewellery but can’t lock doors properly after closing

Visited North Lakes store this morning. I was served by Laura. Excellent customer service, polite, friendly and helped me find what I was looking for.
Have never had an issue at this store until today. Went in wanting to purchase approximately $600 worth of charms and a bracelet. Despite phoning and checking online which stated everything I wanted was in stock, I arrive to be told they had once thing. I explained that I called and was told they had what I wanted and the young blonde girl had just said “yeah well that’s wrong”. Next time I’ll just travel to a different store.
Went in for Mother’s Day and was helped out by Natalie, she made the process easy for finding something for a gift! Couldn’t recommend her and north lakes enough.
