Lovely store to go into So clean. When we went in, Grace and her colleague greeted us with a smile and said to us, have a look and if there's anything you need just ask. Thought this was great as they weren't pushing for a sale which I don't like, so this made me stay. We had been to an independent shop in Perth later that day and the ladies were lovely but wouldn't leave us alone from the moment we went in. Felt very pushed to give them a sale which put me right off, didn't feel comfortable in the shop so I left Wanted to look for something for my mum's birthday coming up but didn't know what. Grace showed me all the lovely new pieces of what she thought would be nice and it was, also helped me with sizing too, and I also bought other items. VERY patient Incredible customer service. Would go back to this shop in a heartbeat.
Service is good but they hover and its quite small
Perfect place ,as wife's birthday and no hard sales . So Mrs left very happy with her birthday present.
