Plenty of staff on the shop floor standing there and not one of them would even make eye contact with me for the 10 minutes I was browsing. Two weeks before Christmas and I was the only customer in the store and just trying to buy some gifts but I guess I don’t look like I make enough money to even warrant a greeting. The staff need a wake up call on how to treat customers.
I love spending time here, especially talking to Stanis who aparently loves Crystals as much as I do. She makes things interesting, I shopped before covid hit and now back in, it has a beautiful display, great staff to talk to. Love the additions of disney, toystory, batman and star wars.
Came down on boxing day and was served by Stanis who was so helpful and kind! Overall great atmosphere with lovely staff
I love buying Swarovski crystals. But the staff in this outlet are snooty, uppity & rude & a bad advertisement for the lovely crystals. I do most of the reviewing online & go into the store quickly just to buy my stuff as its easier than ordering online. I'm a regular customer. The staff have a condescending attitude to say the least. Earlier when there was an outlet in Hay street it was not so uncomfortable. Suggest you replace the entire staff with a new team Update: Went into the store this afternoon after a really long time. New people, respectful, smiling. Good improvement since my last visit
Terrible customer service who makes it really difficult to process a return. I used tap and go to pay for this transaction, any experienced retail staff would know that when you use PayPass the number printed on the receipt does not match the actual card. I pulled up my credit card app to show the matching transaction showed the total transaction value, date and time and even showed them my account details to prove that it is the same card that paid for this transaction. The card number on the app matched my physical card exactly, yet they said they cannot process the return because it is not the right card. They asked me to return tomorrow when there is a manager in store to approve it. Highly inconvenient given that it is the holiday season. They may not have been attacking me personally but they made me feel like a fraud in public. Very disappointed and will not return to this Swarovski store again. I recommend Swarovski to provide more training for staff since many people use PayPass/tap and go to pay for their shopping these days.
Rude staff, I wanted to do an exchange of a gift. After waiting for a long time, the girl spent maybe a whole two minutes serving me, quoted me the wrong price the person who bought it for me bought it before it went on sale and then proceeded to serve another customer. Obviously, I understand that maybe you'd rather make a sale than take care of an exchange but I found it extremely rude and unprofessional. I left and went to Garden City Swarovski, where the girls were lovely and I was told of the TRUE monetary value of my exchange. When I told them of my experience at this store, they were shocked and told me that it was wrong of the girl to not check the price properly.
Nancy is your go to customer service expert, thank you for your help, genuinely empathetic with our disappointment with the unavailability of a certain pair of earrings that was of a design emotionally connecting with us, we will be back and recommend to all.
