My family constantly buy from this store and I must say that you always get more than your moneys worth! In combination with the vast range and excellent service from most staff you are not only satisfied but immensely pleased. Today I walked in with an issue, and a staff member went above and beyond to fix it to an excelled standard. I am very pleased and can't wait to find another excuse to treat myself with this gorgeous jewelry.
I had the worst experience today in Pandora, casuarina store. I took my partner to get something and as she couldnt decide what to get, the lady in the kioskasian philipina lady approached to help her. As she was showing the some of the "Gold" collections to my partner, she said to my partner, "these are above $2000, but I can show you the cheap ones which can save you money"! And took her to the $100s collection! WHAT A STEREOTYPE BEHAVIOR! Just because we are asians, does not mean we cannot afford to buy any of those. I was checking on other things and saw my partner already left the shop. I asked the lady, where is my partneras we were the only ones there, she said, "she just left". I asked "what do you mean?". She replied, "she ran away"! I am sorry to say and not bragging but they should atleast check what my partner was carrying. A Prada bag is more than enough to understand what we can afford. Please show some respect and dont judge everyone the same way Thanks
Great customer service , was served by Kimberley and she is the nicest,compassionate and polite young lady. As a retail manager myself I was highly impressed and will be coming back with my daughter, to buy all our Pandora from here from now on.
Went into store at Casuarina today. Waited 10 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge me. Eventually was told I'd have to wait because a young girl was being trained. I was buying my 16 year old granddaughter a bracelet with charms she had picked out. After my third attempt to get some service, I walked out and visited Pandora at Gateway where I bought my $750.00 purchase in 5 minutes flat. Will never return to this store.

Beautiful jewellery with reasonable price.
Been here several times now. The friendly staff are great, so keen to help a bloke like me with not much idea on jewellery and didn't spend as much as I thought I'd have to. Get in there guys!
Go here for the wife's pressies. She loves it and the ladies are always helpful. Also, they have a great return policy!
