Katelyn at the Pandora shop in the Market place shopping centre, was an ABSOLUTE GEM, she was so so helpful, not pushy at all I hope management are aware of what a great retail assistant you have on staff.

Great service by young staff member who served me. She was very helpful and helped with my gift for my wife. Lots of great jewellery to choose from in the store. Parking was fairly easy considering last minute Xmas shopping crowds.

Today I went into the store while out, I thought about getting a birthday present for myself and I did!  I walked in and within 20 seconds Claire came over to ask if I need help with anything. I told her I was looking for a ring to wear specifically on my middle right finger, we walked over to the ring area, after getting my size Claire showed me a few different ones but I settled on a Tiara ring. I left the store wearing a smile and feeling happy with my experience and purchase. I was offered a box/bag however I chose to wear it home instead.

Love the jewellery,  they have some good special. The staff are friendly and they take their time to make sure you are satisfied with with the product  you have chosen
