Needed a new crown and stem put in my watch as I'd accidentally got it stuck in a blanket and damaged it. Was told in 10 seconds "We don't service plastic watches" IT WAS A 100% WHITE CERAMIC WATCH!! Nothing plastic on the entire watch! I told the girl it wasn't plastic, she just ignored me totally... I know Bendigo is years behind but Ceramic watches are becoming more popular in recent times. (it's actually easy to tell by the shine, the noise it makes and that Ceramic is cold to the touch.) Rude, uninformed, arrogant and pretentious people, typical small town Bendigo know it all attitude. Worst service I've ever received in my life. I ended up having to go through my Dolce & Gabbana watch collection to find one that matched in length and size and replace it myself.

I consider my Longines watch as precious as my engagement ring and so was very reluctant to part with it for a service. I needn’t have worried as June from Gold Rush Jewellers was fabulous and took very good care of my watch. Gold Rush Jewellers provide excellent service and are highly recommended.
