Fantastic cafe with lots of in and outdoor seating. The staff are extremely friendly and cheerful with lots of happy looking customers. The coffee was perfect and the food was just as good. The Hernandez bowl and eggs benedict were recommended and didn't disappoint. Thanks Sierra and the kitchen team, we'll definitely be coming back.
Food was fantastic, I had the chicken waffles. Perfect balance of delicious maple bacon jam, sauce, and maple syrup. Chicken was so well cooked, beautifully crispy. I look forward to having it again. My partner had the cheeseburger and really enjoyed it as well. Coffee was great! Vibe and aesthetic is awesome as well. This place will only improve as the road works wrap up out the front.
Upon arrival, parking was hard to find as there is a lot of construction going on around. The staff is nice and greeted us well. However, the table we sat at was not very nice as we had music blasting in our ears. The food to price ratio is very good and I really recommend the breakfast burrito. The service was fast and efficient! Overall would recommend : btw orange juice not fresh.
Holidaying in Queensland and this was one of the best breakfast spots me and my partner went to. We ended up going twice in the 5 days we were here and enjoyed the food and vibes. Staff were lovely and food was quick also. Will be back next time we are in Queensland for sure.
Ps. Thank you. For starters my partner and I really enjoyed our meals. I had the breakfast tacos and my partner had the eggs bene, I think the hollandaise is a burnt butter hollandaise. My coffee was lovely and my partners eggs were so perfect! Now the reasons why I gave a 4 not a 5 star: do you guys have any access for wheelchairs or disabilities? I only saw stairs up or cobble stones to get through for the downstairs tables. I love the vibe you set, but no one wants to listen to Fred Again at 10am on a Sunday morning while we’re trying to have a nice breakfast in cute pottery cups maybe Saturday or do not go if you have the slightest hangover or if you’re wanting a chill place to catch up It’s called Palm Springs, I would’ve expected more americanised menu not just aesthetic. I’m confused as to what the fusion is. The chairs are the most uncomfortable, they leave big dents and marks on your legs which is funny but I didn’t want my legs to look like Where’s Wally.
