Sam was fantastic throughout the whole sales process. He was very knowledgeable about the car he was selling, was a great communicator and was very affable to deal with! Also, he did not pressure me to make decisions, which I really appreciated. He was particularly thorough upon delivery, ensuring I understood the basics before I drove away. Overall, his performance was very impressive and I have since recommended him to other potential buyers.
Today I went to Toyota Pakenham to buy a vehicle and I needed this vehicle within the day since I was in a tight schedule with my work. I met Karl Jayawardena who was in charge in used cars and we have selected the best vehicle within minutes with his advice and the vehicle was at Cranburne Toyota. Karl arranged the finance with the help of Roland and we also arranged a ceramic coating for the vehicle with the help of Amanda within in my budget. With all these details and understanding my urgency Karl and team able to arrange the vehicle to take home within hours.
