Wednesdays and Thursdays are the most busiest days in the week routinely, yet there are no indications that staffing issues would be sorted, as there are always a limited amount of check-outs made available. Creating the environment where customers:nn- are made to wait 10-15minutes to load their groceries on the conveyor belt,n- and the unwarranted hazard caused by shopping trolleys restricting and/or blocking access to product shelves in the immediate area.nnThis can be mitigated by:n- having all check-outs made available with staff .n- Ensuring that express checkouts are increased from 1 to 3 with the rules of 12 items or less enforced.n- Include a checkout that's specifically caters to traders with their bulk orders.n- Provide definitive safety boundary lines to direct customers towards their designated checkout.n- Reposition the Frozen Products appliances further back from checkout zones or redesign the space to have vertical chillers aligned next to the Beer Wine section.nnLoved the specials today and discounted fuel, thank you.
I've never found this store to be a store that you would want to visit all the time and it's because they often run out of what I want which is really annoying but I have to be honest this time that I visited I was very impressed with what they did have, some great bargains, good fresh produce. The one thing that I have found constant here is their bargains on meat, definitely a bonus! The car park is easy to get in and out of as well. I think I'll be visiting a bit more than I use to in the past...for now!
Really good stock and displays are always tasteful. Have to choose your times carefully as it can get busy.
No customer washroom what a shame on pak n save. Being a big store is not enough for customers to come back but you have to provide basic facilities to your customers too if you really want them to come back and shop with you. Will never ever come back or recommend this store.
Don't have that much Beer choices .nBut other than that, great place to shop.
