I do my groceries through Click and Collect online due to mobility issues and my husband picks up in the allocated time. Great range of products, easy website to negotiate for ordering. I do go into the store I find it too big under the circumstances though. The staff are lovely too

Very bad shopping experience. This morning when I finished my shopping. A lady and a Indian security man told me : You looks like the woman who uesed self-checkout last Fridaythat lady haven't pay successful. They want me pay again. I told them I am not in Whangarei last firday. I was in Auckland that day and see my doctor there but they not trust me. I show my hospital confirm message and told them if they wantthey can call my doctor. After that that Indian security said maybe just looks the same. Very very bad shopping experience
We are regular shoppers at Pak 'n Save and have been for many years. We visited the Whangarei store while visiting family in Whangarei. We were pleased to see a number of better prices on products we buy regularly than we pay down in the South Island. We were a bit surprised at the untidiness of the store - flattened cardboard boxes in trolleys and in piles on the floor in many shopping aisles, plus empty boxes amongst stock on the shelves, and some stock scattered over empty spaces on shelves. Some staff were dressed in only part of their work uniforms and looked scruffy. More care should be taken with these issues.
