Very pleasant service this week from Ray on the checkouts. What a warm, friendly person and an asset to the store! Generally great experience at this pak n save - competitive prices, good specials, usually well stocked, great range of “specialty” items especially NZ made and I love the click and collect. Keep it up!
bought a 5kg bag of potatoes only to get home and wonder where this disgusting “fish” smell was coming from. Turns out it was the potatoes all rotten. Yuck. What a waste of money.nnGot yelled at in-front of everyone by a duty manager for trying to use the self serves. Then was was treated poorly at checkout by a younger worker, asking in-front of me if she could go home..nndon’t want to come back…
Staff are easy to understand the customer's requirements very helpful I've been going to PAK'nSAVE masterton for many years never had a problem.
