Reasonable prices for many things but over time they seem to be reducing lines, lots of things that I used to buy are no longer sold in the Masterton shop - examples Dilmah English breakfast 100 tea bags, Robert Harris Irish cream coffee, Pam's cous cous ... - so I have to buy alternatives or shop for them elsewhere.
bought a 5kg bag of potatoes only to get home and wonder where this disgusting “fish” smell was coming from. Turns out it was the potatoes all rotten. Yuck. What a waste of money.nnGot yelled at in-front of everyone by a duty manager for trying to use the self serves. Then was was treated poorly at checkout by a younger worker, asking in-front of me if she could go home..nndon’t want to come back…
literally my best pak n save experience. the staff were SO helpful even though they were kinda busy. shoutout to Colin and Michael super duper helpful!
Staff are easy to understand the customer's requirements very helpful I've been going to PAK'nSAVE masterton for many years never had a problem.
the ginger grocery boy is very nice and helpful i think his name was rhys
