I was referred to Dr Tim Mitchell after 35 years of chronic back issues and I was about at the end of my tether. My mental health and overall physical wellbeing was in decline. During my first consultation with Tim I could really feel his empathy. This guy really wants to help you! Together we developed a strategy that has kept me mostly pain free with increased mobility / capacity to exercise. I now swim 10-12 kilometres a week and gym much more regularly. Thanks to Tim referring me to one of his specialist physio colleagues, I have also been able to start cycling again, something I thought I would never achieve. At times things still flare up but I now have the skills to get back on track and I find this very reassuring. I recently moved back to Queensland but I feel comfortable in saying that if my issues remerged, I would have no hesitation in traveling back to Perth to see Tim for treatment. If your physical health and wellbeing is important to you and you’re committed to putting in the effort to be the best you can be, you need to see Dr Tim Mitchell at Pain Options in South Perth. You will not be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Tim Mitchell, from Pain Options. He has helped me enormously with my low back pain, which was impacting many aspects of my life including my sleep, work and exercise. Being a specialist physiotherapist, he performed a very thorough assessment which gave me confidence in knowing that I was in good hands. I can't recommend Tim highly enough!
