Exceptional Physio. Really good hands-on treatment for my problem. His manual skills are the best I've encountered and I've worked alongside and been the patient of a few physios and chiros in my time. Highly recommend On the Green Pilates! I’ve been going for the last 18 months or so and have significantly better core strength as well as better performance / less recovery time for other sporting activities. The instructors are amazing and have tailored exercises to accommodate injuries so i don't have to completely stop. Thanks to Leila and the other instructors!
The Pilates instructors here are very professional, approachable and friendly . They really know their stuff and will give you just the right amount of instruction so you are confident. The studio is lovely and welcoming, great location and parking. I work long hours at a desk and I find pilates a must to work through my shoulders and spine in a really supported way. Regular pilates compliments my physio visits but means it's not needed so often! My core strength, my posture and awareness of my muscles engagement has improved, and I always feel energised when I leave.
Having suffered with back and hip pain for a long time I signed up for a couple of 1 on 1 pilates sessions. I was a bit nervous having never done anything like it, but I needn’t have been. The instructor, Leila, immediately put me at ease with her easy manner and knowledgeability. She listen to me and provided me with a range of exercises that were tailored to me, were achievable and would challenge me. Thoroughly recommended!
For someone who has seen a high number of physio's over the years i can say with confidence mark is one of the best. Diagnosis of any injury has always been spot on and I've always felt i understand my body better and why my treatment plan has been given to me after. Always feel greatly more confident about any injury healing and my overall well being after too. Highly recommend.
We have been going to Mark for nearly 6 years with a fair variety of injuries running, gym, sprained ankles, car accidents. Mark is by far and away the best physio we have ever seen and would not go anywhere else. Mark gets it right in a couple of sessions and if he can’t will refer you to something else that can.
I highly recommend On the Green Physiotheraphy. I saw Mark when I had my bulged disc years ago & off work due to this. I went to a Chiropractor who couldn’t help me Or give me any relief. I was very relieved that mark helped so much get me back on track! I still recommend him to this day as he was the one that really helped me get back to work & back to normal after so much pain Never seen any other physio even near as good as him!
Mark has treated me for various injuries over the last 10 years, and always got me moving again in no time flat. Very knowledgable physio, can’t recommend On The Green highly enough!
Excellent Physio. Incredibly thorough and knowledgable. Relives pain and treats the source so it does not return. Can not recommend enough.
