I had a wonderful dinner pumpkin gnocchi with mushrooms and so did my partner chicken parma! I was very pleased with how quick the service was but more so with how lovely all the staff were! I wish i knew your names to thank you more personally but from the gentleman who took our order and served us, the lovely gentleman who put through our bill and didn't mind my love for extra cheese and the lovely waitress who was leaving after a long night to go home but stopped and waited to open the door for us. Just lovely team : thank you! You all made our night!
I booked this restaurant for my mother’s birthday. The restaurant it’s self was modern and looked good. The staff were mediocre. One particular female was loud and overbearing. It felt like she was rushing us the entire night. Each time someone finished a dish, she wasted no time clearing the plate. I ordered the Arancini balls for an entree and a deconstructed Caesar salad with chicken for my main meal. The Arancini balls were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The deconstructed Caesar salad was not pleasant at all. In fact it made no sense what so ever. My partner ordered the prosciutto pizza. He loved the dough the pizza was baked on, but for some reason, the prosciutto came on a side plate. Worse than that, his pizza came out shortly before everyone else had finished their main meals.
Great family restaurant! Generous meals, I had fish of the day - rockling - was so delicious and cooked to perfection. Good range of kids meals, my boys ate everything on their plate.
I've been here a few times now and have tried several dishes. I am always delighted with the attentive service and the delicious food. There is more space than other local cafés and you can actually hear your conversation with the people you are sitting with. Love the atmosphere. Have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favourite is the breakfast menu - try the Heritage Breakfast or the Casoli Experience if you want something different! Their burgers are great, too.
Coffee was exceptional, eggs Benedict with prosciutto was perfect, staff were great, decor is fantastic.
Fast service, polite and helpful staff. Chef's were happy for the kids to watch them preparing and cook their food. Talked to them and generally very friendly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Came out quite quickly but was obviously hot and fresh. Not a cheap meal compared to other local restaurants but well worth it for the quality of food we were served. Will definitely be going back.

Me and partner went their for buffet dinner, we had gotten mistaken by the advertising on the window as it was not clearly written so I felt as if we got scammed. It had dinner for 2 nothing next to it and under had buffet $39 so we assumed that was a special which sounded great why we went. Waitress was friendly but didn't really guide us into anything. We didn't know how to order or if we had to wait for anything. On another bad note the buffet was very limited especially for the price you pay unless you eat oysters. The only good thing was the friendliness.
Our family of 4 had a Sunday brunch there recently. We were seated quickly upon arrival and then forgotten for a good 20 minutes. Little ones were getting hungry and noisy. A nearby table of another young family who got in after us could not be bothered with the wait and walked out. Finally we got served when that family notified staff on their way out that we were still waiting for our orders taken. Coffees and food came fairly quickly and was mostly good. My son's chicken caesar salad had quite some dirt in the lettuce so I made a complaint to the manager/owner when he approached us. This gentleman was nice and waived the salad from our bill as well as offering an apology for the wait earlier on. I think he mentioned that particular wait staff was on training who sat us down and did not follow up.
