My first meal in Queenstown as soon as I reached.. And I was feeling hungry! Was grateful for the Asian fusion food options...Food: 4/5
From the moment we walked in the door we could tell this was going to be a great experience. The staff we attentive without being overboard, they knew the menu and gave great recommendations. The food was perfection on a plate in both presentation and taste. The restaurant is as busy but at no stage did the level of service drop at all. David and the team have come up with another winner and we will definitely be back.
The place seems nice from the outside but walking in there are wires sticking out of walls and half of the place feels like a construction site. Service you can forget about, you will be better served at a petrol station. It took over 40 minutes and our group of 8 got our meals served 25 minutes apart, so by the time we could start eating half of it was cold, really not improving our experience. The portions are mediocre considering the price. You would do better finding a different place to have dinner.
Absolutely delicious! I am so glad they made a space for us. We had squid, the flaming seafood bowl, and duck fried rice, and it was all superb. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was comfortable and quiet enough that we could still have a conversation while we ate.
Fantastic food, do not miss the lamb bites, they were incredible. Silky braised lamb in a delicious deep fried shell, everything else was also delicious with a good range of proteins, really great showcase of South East Asian flavours.
10/10 food, absolutely delicious! We walked in with no reservation and while they didn’t have a table available, we were offered a seat at the bar, which we happily accepted. 5 minutes later, the waiter came over and advised us he had found a table, which was an unaccepted and welcome surprise. The duck, steamed beef buns, pork ribs and steamed greens were absolutely sensation. Would highly recommend visiting for dinner. Cannot understand the negative reviews, all and all we had a great experience.
Delicious shareable meals for a decent price, and a really cool atmosphere. The kitchen was able to cater to a few dietary requirements as well. The staff are all super nice :
Do yourself a favour and don’t eat here, over priced and underwhelming. We ordered pork and prawn pad Thai and the prawns we the size of a fingernail and I don’t even know if there was any pork in it. The flaming seafood was also average at best. I always pay good money for good food but that was easily the most over priced and worst Asian food I have had in a very long time. Don’t wreck your food experience in QT dining there. So many good places to dine in QT and this isn’t one of them
Great food and lovely staff with nice interior. However, the waiter was a bit off his game and a bit forgetful, bringing 2 dishes we didnt order and bringing rice and roti only at the end of the dinner. Also i was a bit underwhelmed with the menus ripped and mostly dirty that reminded me of a fast food place. The outside sign also looks a bit outdated.
Friendly, fast, tasty and a nice place to spend an evening. We had a variety of small dishes and a couple of cocktails. Prawn and corn dumplings were amazing! The rest of food and drinks didn't disappoint either. This was after following Google recommendations. Thank you all
