Fantastic service. Incredibly helpful and informed staff. I recently had to move country and used these guys after shopping around for a bit, to be honest I was dreading the process. But they helped to make the process painless by providing clear and helpful information and service. Would recommend.

You may imagine my distress at leaving a satchel at the Melbourne airport, hours before a flight to London from Sydney!
Thankfully it was located by Qantas staff who gave me the details of Pack & Send Footscray.  Samantha, Steve and in a small way - Jean,  were ever so professional and calming.  My satchel was collected, packed, correctly itemized (but the handkerchief was clean guys)  and forwarded to me in London.  And they kept me informed all the way via email.
Thankyou Pack & Send Footscray.  I highly recommend you for all situations.

I don't want to waste your valuable time  but I feel the need to send a massive thankyou to you and your team for the prompt return of my (forgotten) wallet that I left on a return flight from Broome to Melbourne airport, I am nothing short of astounded by the courteous & professional service your establishment has provided and pretty much within 24 hours?? seriously I was blown away thank you so much.

Had a great experience here.  I've traveled to dozens of countries on multiple continents and this was the best shipping service I've received. Samantha and Steve were helpful and patient with the large and heavy boxes I brought to them. They repacked everything professionally, offered great rates, discounts, free products, etc, and everything arrived in excellent shape and much sooner than expected.  They also communicated with me after hours on their cell phones in order to address questions.  While other companies have lost packages, damaged packages, overpriced service, etc., I cannot recommend Pack N Send/Footscray/Barkley St. highly enough. Thank you Samantha and Steve!
