This is the fourth Ranger I've bought through this dealership. I have found the whole team friendly and obliging right from the sales team to the service team. At no time did I feel pressurised and Harley explained the whole process. When it came time to pick up the Ranger Harley went through the whole of the trucks features with no urgency so therefore I felt as ease and not pressurised. I heard the XLT is going to be upgraded to a V6 so I feel that I have been well treated in as much I have asked Harley to keep me informed on its arrival.

Reception was great on arrival fast and easy handover. Was texted with recommended work to be done. Declined the option as could do it myself but it was appreciated to be alerted with potential issues. Pick up was fast and easy.nOnly negative thing was when I replaced the engine air filter myself later that day the engine cover was able to freely move inside bonnet, it hadn't been secured.

Only took my car in to PMG kerikeri because of their convenient location.nBooked it in for a wheel alignment and front tyre rotation,  thay charged me the price of a 4 tyre rotation instead of the 2 thay had done. Also the vehicle was unsafe to drive as it pulled to the right after the wheel alignment with no notes or recommendations to repair. Amongst other small issuesnwhen I went in person to complain thay brushed it off with bad excuses and claimed it my fault for not questioning it on the day. SECOND bad experience with wheel alignments from them
