If anyone out there feeling like their previous lawyers take advantage of you because of the situation your in like visa expired an etc I'm telling you Richard and his team are the best option you have, because it happened to me and my partner, but luckily Richard helped us and guess what we won the case and we even got our refund back. I am so grateful to Richard Small and his team Pacific Legal Ltd for helping me a lot. My case was really a complicated one but he still offer to help me. He acted really quickly to try and get me on a valid visa when I didn't have one and it didn't even take that long and he got me a work visa. Today I received a good news that my residence has been approved yaay! Praise God for he is good always.  I have been in NZ for 21 years living illegally. For the past 6 years  Pacific Legal took on my case to apply for my residency.  My case was very difficult as I had no valid reason to be here as I am still single and all immediate family are still living in Tonga.
