Difficult business to get a good rating, these guys are nothing but experts. It is not fair to give a bad rating based on NZ immigration decisions. These guys fo the best they can and their advice is to the point and factual. Obviously not what everybody wants to hear.

It's easy to earn money but not legally. I booked an appointment about my deportation later. I told to reception I got deportation later and officer mentioned that I don't have further right to appeal against that. After that she told to visit pay money and after 10 minute conversation they told it's time to go back. Simon was asking why did I went to meet him, I told receptionist told me to go.... Try to earn money legally.......

A few years ago, I made a call to Simon Laurent, the receptionist picked up the phone, asked my name, address and what was for. Later he  transferred the phone to Mr Laurent. Talked to him  less than 10minutes, nothing was to sort out. 
After one or two month, I received a payment letter, it was *****$400 NZ dollars, and it was written if I do not pay it will be added interest. 
I was young and didn't  know much about law. Definitely I need to made a complaint to NZ law society organisation.

Very very bad service, bad attitude, extremely expensive. Useless, waste of money and time.
