"Pablo's Charcoal Chicken and Ribs is the latest eatery in Surry Hills with fresh juicy chicken, tender succulent ribs, fresh crisp vegetables, chicken burgers that are a pleasure to eat, and cholesterol free chips. The three brothers; Adrian, Damien and Brendan grew up in the service and food industry and are very excited at their latest project. To them friendly service and genuinely good food are essential and everyone has a right to have access to a shop that provides that. The other thing that sets Pablo's a leg up from many other chicken shops is that they roast their meat over fire pits. They don't pay lip service to the word Charcoal - it's genuine." We ordered via Deliveroo, we ordered a WHOLE chicken, but received 4 pieces of Maryland style chicken.  NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. Chicken was quite dry, Salads were OK. Wont be ordering from them again

Went for lunch on friday. Good place for take away. They have variety of salads. The charcoal chicken is really good and must try. I was bit disappointed about the  Portuguese chicken burger as the bun was cold and it taste ok nothing like wow .  I would recommend to try the other items other than the burger.

Ok so I’ve become a loyal repeat customer. Didn’t think I’ll be a Charcoal chicken person but I am now. Food - yum! That chicken roll is delicious. The chilli sauce, sooo good. They are closed on Mondays which is a bummer coz every Monday I have a craving for a chicken roll. Service - efficient and such lovely people

Worst charcoal chicken I've tried so far. Not only tasteless maybe if I chose to add chili it would have some flavour, but good charcoal chicken shouldn't base all it's flavour on that, but also gave me a bad stomach

If they say 5 minutes wait, Its more like 15. If it's 15 come back in 45 minutes or give it a miss. Food quality is variable. It is low price so maybe asking too much.

This place is only ever good when they can actually accommodate their own menu after 45 mins of cooking food after their 5pm availability. Only ever cook 1 tiny batch of them each night and probably lose so much profit due to this. Seriously need to reconsider how much and when they cook their "dinner menu extras"

What happened to Pablo’s delicious chicken rolls?! Today my roll was so soaked in mayo i had to throw away the bread and pick out the chicken. Chicken was drenched in mayo too, so sad! Impossible to eat the thing as a sandwich. New girls need to be trained!
