Staff was very rude and stuck up.
Went in for a refund after i bought a $50 pair of thongs and they broke a week later, (i live 2 hours away) i rang before i left where i am from and they told me they would do a full cash refund even though my partner used his card to pay for them, so i didnt bother bringing my partners bank card. Finally got there 2 hours later, only to be told very rudely 'next time you better make sure you bring the card you used on the day' (cant even put into words the attitude that was used), then the manager im guessing, turned around to the girl that was doing my refund and said 'for god sakes, just do it'. Then the girl that was doing with the biggest attitude ever said 'wheres your card?!' So i handed them my card and she rolled her eyes and did the refund. This was after asking me about 5 times if i want another pair pf thongs to which i replied 'no thankyou, i have another pair at home, i just want my money back'. To which she said 'well just get another pair?'. (That was from the manager)

Note: i did bring my receipt, and the pair of thongs that broke, and mentioned that i rang and the lady on the phone said i could get a full cash refund. Will never be returning to this store, as it is full of stuck up girls that think they are better than everyone else. Also, way over priced.
