I have a rip curl watch bought in 2013, I had battery replaced 3 times and band replaced once. Everytime I have been to Fountain Osmosis where I purchased the watch, last year I went to Casey Central and replaced the band. Today 6th June 2020, the store manager at Casey tells me that he could not send the watch for the battery to be replaced because I did not have the original proof of purchase. I told him that I have no one ever asked for the proof of purchase and he replied that he knew what he was doing as he was the store manager. Does that mean that I cannot have the battery replaced anymore with the new policy. Is it that I should send it to Ripcurl myself or just throw away the watch now. I hope I get a reply soon to advise my options as I do not have my seven year receipt. Pierot Lebrasse
Great store. Not one of their biggest stores but I always find things to buy! The staff are always friendly. If you go in at the right time you can get some great specials.
