The lady at Cranbourne store . Not sue but the other lady, was rude to me and my daughter today.She insulted me by saying my last name was too long for her in the presenceof other customers.I guess she lazy and incompetent.
Used to be Friendly and honest staff and Always very helpful. I used to give this place a 5 star. Now i dont I find them very rude to customers the last 3 visit when i went. The way they looked at customers and the way they talk to customers. There are 3 girls. Only 1 is nice. Rest the other 2 should stay home. And they dont allow you to browse and have a look at the uniform. You have to know what you what size, types, etc I have no choice because this is the only place that sells my children uniform. If there is another shop i would shop elsewhere.

Would avoid this company at all cost. Purchased a medium school shirt for girlfriends son when we went to return it as didn't need the shirt as we found others at home, Sue from the store said no worries to returning it as it was in the plastic and had all tags and not worn. In order for a refund they need head office approval which was denied due to someone stuffing up the purchase in the first place and inputting the Barcode as a small shirt. Sue agreed that this was THEIR staffs stuff up and she should see by my partners records on the computer Sue was very helping and agreed we should try push head office to rectify the issue to which my girlfriend got a call from head office basicly saying sorry can't help you, wiped their hands clean of it.. Absolutely disgusting customer service by head office, and perhaps it's time to retrain staff on the basics of inputting barcodes.
Sue customer service very rude to talk to customers so sad to the lady who pay before me she make embarrass to other customers I hope she will learn how to calm down to speak to the customers.

It's always busy the staff seem willing to help but it's a very disorganised space. The online store is out of 90's you can't even get a price without emailing
Poor customer service Called and asked for a school t-shirt to be put aside and that I would come and pick it up on the same day, after calling before coming the store still managed to sell it to the next customer who walked in. Was pointless driving all the way to Cranbourne only to find out they sold it off and didn’t have anymore of the t-shirt Not going to shop here ever
Very helpful and friendly staff, only 2 change rooms though so a bit of a wait when it is crowded.
