My experience with Robin at the Eastland store has been unparalleled in terms of customer service. Robin goes the extra mile to ensure that her customers feels looked after and that they come first. She answered the phone at 9am on the dot when I had a query and took the time to explain the process to transfer items between stores and promised to follow up on an item with me personally. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. We will definitely be back to the Eastland store.
DONT SHOP HERE EVER!!! The older lady manger is the rudest most obnoxious person I've ever met. I have observed her abusing customers, don't know how someone so horrible can make it to a management position. If I could give it zero stars I would. Hang your heads in shame Oxford, its time to wake up!!!
A place to get your jackets and suits. Mr. Blake, the sales assistant who is friendly, helpful and professional. Good customer service !
