Sam and the rest of the team are absolute Legends! The whole team is really good in helping you pick the right outfit and do provide really good advice. Furthermore, first time ever I had an issue with a shirt that I got from Connor. Completely my fault for soaking the shirt in hot water and then some color seeping onto the shirt, I literally went a few times to the store just to ask if i could use a stain remover to get the colour off. Sam beand the rest of the team are such legends they just asked me to bring the shirt and they will exchange it and they did. They definitely have created a customer for life with I, because the number of times i bugged them about the issue and how they dealt with it even on their busiest days .... truly exceptional customer service!!!
I came in last night very last minute to try and get a shirt for my partner for a wedding on Saturday, with absolutely no clue where to begin. Emery thankfully came to my rescue, and was just brilliant ! Wish I had come earlier and saved myself the stress. Thanks for all your help Emery!
Though I am not the audience these clothes are intended for, I find that there are always such good jackets that fit me very well. That, and they always seem to be very reasonably priced - not to mention some of the great sales they have that knock that price down even further. Their staff were immensely helpful and friendly when I was trying on clothes and asking for recommendations. It's just too bad that their collared shirts are so good and yet, I can't wear them due to ill-fitting shoulders. Oh well! Still going to get their jackets.
Had the pleasure of a lovely young lady named Taj serve me yesterday. She was extremely accommodating and happily took items down from the rack to show me and had the best customer service. Thank you Taj. I'll be back.
Em was the most helpful retail assistant I have ever met. She is super dedicated and knowledgeable when it comes to giving advice on clothes and fashion! I love shopping at this store. It has a huge variety of different styles and there is always an epic sale going on.
Staff don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in right near them. They just carry on with their own personal conversations like they’re not in the customer service industry. Don’t know who’s hiring these people but I went in with items in mind to purchase but due to their lack of acknowledgment I walked out and won’t be going back.
The lady who just served me was cool. Super helpful and I got everything I needed. Thanks!
Just went and bought a suit from id say the nicest suit place in the area I had amazing guy named Cameron help pick some things out super fun and made the experience super pleasant he knew what he was talking about and was able to give some great suggestions that really bought the whole thing together again 10/10 experience and excellent staff especially Cameron.
One of the staff girl with glasses commented on my skin condition while serving us and it made me feel incredibly insecure and embarrassed. Won’t be returning.
I went in today for a full suit and got the most amazing service from taj she did a fantastic job of suggestions and overall help
