Overland have been looking after our fleet of 25+ vehicles for the past 10 years. Adam and the team always do a thorough job and get our trucks back on the road in good time. They are honest about what work needs to be done and don’t overcharge or try to stretch the costs out. The Guys are friendly, experienced professionals who are also willing to pass on their knowledge to help prevent unnecessary future maintenance issues. Thanks Guys.
Overland Mechanical are excellent i highly recommend seeing Adam and his team! I had my DPF cleaned with a fast turn around and excellent workmanship, they also did not hesitate to help and went over and beyond to sort my problem very quickly. Very knowledgeable staff! Thank you Adam for your time and effort!
I cannot thank the team enough. We were in crisis and Overland was reccomended to us by another mechanical business. We had a break system close to a catastrophic failure and these guys were able to have a custom part made up as there were no spares for our model truck available. I double checked and this was infact the truth. The price was fantastic and i had expected a bill double than was charged. Thank you thank you thank you. I have also reccomended you to our facebook group of the same Isuzu truck as a highly reccomended repairer. Please take heed of my reccomendation, i have taken the time to write it and mean every word. Kind regards Pete.
Absolutley Apaulling- Poorly fitted an aftermarket DPF to our X5 BMW. We had to go back to BMW who advised us that the Aftermarket DPF was an ongoing problem- Over 9 mths of getting mucked around by Adam- Heagreed to refund our money- But then decided to send us up to Stirling Auto at our cost for inspection instead- They also had confirmed the Aftermarket DPF fitted by OLM was a problem. Returmed Vehicle to Adam for on last check-again in discussion he agreed to refund so that we could go to BMW and pay $6600 to repair. Now he does not know still what the problem is, will not refund the costs and want me to continue investigating at my cost. Completlely Dodgey Outfit - Do not use.
Adam and his team at Overland Mechanical are a committed and professional team of service professionals. I was impressed with their modern fully equipped workshop where they have all of the machinery necessary to complete servicing of RigsTrucks of all sizes. I am no mechanic however I know enough about the industry to recognise a well equipped Truck Repair & Service shop. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team. In my role as Digital Marketer I am privileged to visit many business in the Transport industry and the clean well organised workshop shows the attention to detail that Adam and his team go to. In fact I would not trust leaving my vehicle with someone who had a dirty unorganised workshop. Neither should you.
This place is a scam please ask what they are charging for and how they charge it. Don’t expect them to call you to get confirmation on the cost of work before they do the work. They will just go head with out getting the okay and charge you over 3k for just a service. If more people work on your car expect to pay per worker wage of their hours for additional worker. Unlike other mechanics place it’s is a set charge no matter how many people work on your car. Please be careful !!
The lads at overland mech helped out with some simple service info that isuzu wouldn't part with even though i bought a genuine clutch. Thanks OMS you guys are legends!! I will recommend to anyone who wants great service.
