Brought some nice boots. Staff in the shop were great Unfortunately the sole started delaminating after 1 week. Returned them to another merchant Christchurch Colombo St Response was they will not replace them and the best they can do is send them off to be glued back on. Pretty poor, would expect better for Shoes of that price. Update, I have contacted your customer service through the link you posted twice and have had no response.

Great looking store with good customer service. Good range of shoes as well. Quality is generally good, but prices are pretty high. Haven't had time yet to establish whether they last as long as they cost.
After being ignored and dismissed at Platypus and Hype, I came in here and... someone asked if they could help me, what I was looking for, and actually tried to help. Thanks Hannah - I'll be back!

Purchased some $230 shoes in November, however within 3 months the soles had worn through. Note that I have desk job and hardly wore them over the summer so the wear had happened within the January February period. I got them sent back for repair however they got back to me saying that they had only sustained normal wear. This is not acceptable for a rather pricy product and I was told when I purchased them that they would last around a year, which was a total sham. Will not be going back there.
Went to the Wellington store and tried some boots but they didn't have the right size, super helpful girl found they had the right size in the Queensgate store, went there where we got another friendly helpful girl and purchased the boots. Highly recommend
