The person running the shop is fantastic. Always lifts my mood, and gives good advice on shoe matters. When he is unable to provide a service he will recommend you somewhere else you can get it done: just a correct and professional person.
I can very much recommend this place ! My shoes were really broken and he found a fast and good way to fix them!! I was surprised thats even possible! So if you have an issue, go there !
I went there to have my shoe glued after it came off during my trip in Brussels. The location is perfect within the tourist area. The service was excellent. The gentleman in charge was very courteous and polite. He not only fixed my shoes quickly, he polished them too! It only costed me €8.50 in total. Highly recommended and very thankful.
This place is a joke! €12,95 per key because it's supposed to be a 'special' key. That happens when you forget ask the price first... As you can see it's just a normal key. I strongly advice everyone to go to Gare central instead, here you get 3 keys for €10 and you don't support a thieve like in this sh*thole
Store is closed the whole day, no note on the doors why. Phone number is not responding.
