Story

It has been 25 years since Edna Reinhardt established Over the Moon Yoga and Dance Studios in Castlemaine. Over that period the school has built up both a wonderful relationship with the local community and a committed and dynamic dance and yoga teaching team.
OTM teachers constantly explore new ideas in their relative fields of yoga, creative dance, contemporary dance and ballet.
Sharing ideas about the art and method of teaching is important to the teachers and fundamental in bringing these disciplines into the lives of young people.

Whilst OTM celebrates a quarter of a century in Castlemaine the culture of the school is in constant renewal as ideas and inspirations present themselves.
In 2014 the ballet program included the Laurel Martyn syllabus taught by Edwynna Adams who was herself a student of Ms. Martyn. In 2015 Edwynna looks forward to introducing French language as a delightful aspect of her classes.
Choreography classes were introduced in 2014. Robbie Brassington, who progressed through OTM from childhood and subsequently graduated from the VCA, teaches this class. They are a hit with the teenagers!

For Edna, the many students, who fill the studio with brave new moves and rich enthusiasm, are an inspiration.
