Edward, Dale and the crew are fantastic.  I look forward to going to the gym everyday.  I would recommend you come and join Maine Fitness.  Open 24 hours a day you can find time somewhere in the day!  Can't wait until the next powerlifting comp in November

Excellent array of equipment & facilities. Loads of space to train even in peak times! 24 hour access- you simply cannot go wrong!

Really knowledgeable staff who are actually sports scientists. Facilities are great. You see people of all levels in here and they're great with all of them!

Dale and Edward at Maine Fitness are friendly, knowledgable and inspiring. Maine Fitness has great facilities for all types of training. Plenty of space even when you workout at peak hour. 4 platforms for Olympic lifting and 4 more racks for weightlifting. Maine Fitness host Powerlifting comps which are great to watch and be inspired. Maine Fitness is welcoming to people of all fitness levels and ages!
